I received my Master&#8217;s in Clinical Psychology in India, before coming to the U.S. in 1993. I received a specialized Cognitive Behavior Therapy training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with Dr. Arthur Freeman. After working with diverse populations in different settings like home-based, out-patient, and residential, I decided to go back to school and complete my master\u2019s in Community Agency Counseling. My internship with Fairfax county CSB as a recent George Mason graduate provided me the opportunity to widen my understanding of the relationship between drug addiction and mental health.
